GXO Logistics, Inc. is hiring a Local Non CDL Driver for home daily on the 2nd shift in Santa Clara, CA. The role offers consistent evenings, competitive pay, and benefits from day one. You will drive a box truck, perform safe loading/unloading, and maintain logs and inspections.

Ideal candidates have six months of DOT-regulated driving experience, a valid driver’s license, a current DOT medical card, and be at least 21 years old. Family-friendly schedules and benefits accompany this position.

Competenze

• Six months of recent DOT-regulated (non-CDL) driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Current DOT medical card required.
• Knowledge of DOT rules and safety regulations required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.

Mansioni

• Safely operate, transfer and deliver freight using a box truck and/or other equipment.
• Move 26 ft. box truck in and out of loading doors.
• Operate material handling equipment to load and unload materials safely.
• Maintain required documentation, including daily logs and vehicle inspection records.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and provide documentation upon completion.
