Job summary

Iron Mountain is hiring a Non CDL Driver to join our Transportation team. You will safely operate a company vehicle, deliver customer orders, and maintain accurate records while providing excellent service. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and teamwork with the operations group and customers.

The ideal candidate brings at least 1 year of route experience, a clean driving record, the ability to lift heavy loads, and strong communication skills for effective customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 with a valid non CDL driving license and a consistently good driving record.
• At least one year of route transportation experience (preferred).
• Physical ability to lift at least 70 pounds and push/pull bins ranging from 25 to 350 pounds; able to walk, stand, and climb stairs and ladders.
• Strong knowledge of safe, efficient driving practices and clear verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain company CDL vehicles in a safe, compliant manner.
• Deliver customer orders on schedule and complete paperwork and records accurately.
• Collaborate with operations and customers to ensure high service levels and a smooth delivery and retrieval process.
