Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager with strong estimating and bidding experience for commercial TI/build-out projects in the Nashville area. The role focuses on coordinating with project staff, subcontractors, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction estimating and 3+ years in project management, with local Nashville relationships and a history of negotiating prices and scheduling
Qualificações
- 5+ years estimating commercial projects with Timberline, Procore, Bluebeam, Paskr or similar software systems
- 3+ years estimating & project managing experience on commercial TI/build-out projects
- Local Nashville area relationships and exposure to coordinating with Architects & Investment/Development companies
- Experience negotiating material prices and scheduling orders, deliveries, etc.
Responsabilidades
- Manages projects and clientele including the project staff and subcontractors/vendors
- Estimates projects and plans, coordinates all activities to achieve goals within time and budget
- Works with a stable subcontractor workforce to deliver results for multiple clients
