Smyrna Ready Mix LLC is seeking a Mixer Operator (CDL required) to deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential sites. You’ll be the face of SRM Concrete at job sites, ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries with a service-first approach.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or Class B CDL and DOT Medical Card.
• Safely operate concrete mixer trucks and deliver to sites.
• Commitment to safety and customer service.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a field role.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (CDL Class A or B) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete professionally.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks for safety.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records in company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for routing and scheduling.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
