Job summary

SRS Merchandising is seeking a dependable merchandiser to maintain a small branded cooler/freezer unit at a local grocery store. This 1099 independent contractor role offers flexible hours and a recurring weekly route in the area.

You will perform bi-weekly product changes, restocking, defrosting, and signage updates, with additional visits to check stock levels and ensure thermostat accuracy. Reporting via smartphone the same day is required.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status (1099)
• Flexible scheduling and gig work availability
• Live within 10–15 miles of the store
• Able to work remotely between visits if needed?

Responsibilities

• Visit the store once per week (as required)
• Bi-weekly full product changes: defrost, restock, update signage
• Check inventory and restock on other visits (about 20 min)
• Verify thermostat settings per instructions
• Report service via smartphone with photos the same day
