Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a Merchandiser to independently service retail locations across the assigned area, ensuring shelves, planograms, and displays meet client standards.

You will stock merchandise, update displays, complete audits, assist with store resets, and report via a mobile app, building strong relationships with store staff while communicating with your District Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Independently service retail locations within the assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports through a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate with the District Manager while working independently in stores.
