Job summary

Footprint Solutions seeks a Merchandiser to service stores in your territory, ensuring products are displayed and ready for customers. You will update plans, stock shelves, perform audits, assist with store refreshes, and apply security tags.

You’ll review visit schedules via an app, plan workloads, and work independently at retailer locations during daytime hours with occasional overnight travel. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to pass annual MVR.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on site in stores.
• Strong problem-solving and judgment for in-store opportunities.
• Comfort using smartphone apps, email and photo documentation.
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule and complete assignments on time.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity and quality work.
• Adapt to changing priorities and follow project instructions.
• Reliable transportation and travel within local territory.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Merchandising/retail/inventory/customer service experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Service stores in your territory to ensure products are displayed and ready for customers.
• Update planograms, stock shelves, complete audits and surveys, assist with store refreshes, apply security tags and support other merchandising projects.
• Review and plan your visit schedule and workload in your assigned stores, using an app.
• Work independently onsite at retailer locations and communicate with District Manager as needed.
• Build relationships with store personnel during daytime retail hours.
• Periodic overnight travel booked in advance.
