Job summary

Daniels Health in the United States is seeking a dependable, safety-minded driver with a valid Class C license to support our healthcare routes around Litchfield. This role offers consistent daytime hours, local routes, and meaningful work delivering medical waste services to hospitals and clinics.

You will collect and transport medical waste and sharps containers, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and maintain DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid Class C license with a clean driving record and a DOT medical card.
• Experience operating vehicles up to 26’ box trucks.
• Familiarity with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections.
• Confidence completing Level 1–3 DOT road checks.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and tenure with past employers.
• Customer-focused mindset with a flexible, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Safely collect, transport, and store medical waste and sharps containers.
• Operate company vehicles up to 26’ box trucks.
• Manage local routes and deliver timely, reliable service.
• Complete deliveries according to schedule and communicate route changes or issues.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain DOT compliance including logs and roadside inspections.
• Load and unload containers; heavy lifting.
• Build positive relationships with healthcare customers through professional service.
