Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. seeks a dependable Patient Service Technician to deliver and set up home respiratory equipment in local communities. You will educate patients and caregivers on proper use, maintain equipment, and ensure safety and accurate documentation throughout the visit.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently in patients’ homes. Local travel and on‑site work are expected, with training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience with medical equipment preferred; ability to educate patients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive local routes to deliver and set up medical equipment in patients’ homes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe use and maintenance of respiratory equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper function and patient safety.
• Complete delivery documentation and patient visit reports accurately and on time.
• Keep assigned company vehicle clean, safe, and ready for service.
• Respond to urgent equipment needs and participate in on‑call rotations.
