Job summary

Kavaliro is seeking a Patient Service Technician / Local Delivery Driver in Watertown, WI to support our confidential healthcare client. This role blends local routes with hands-on patient support, equipment delivery, setup, and basic maintenance.

You will educate patients and caregivers on safe operation of respiratory and home medical equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and ensure timely delivery documentation. The role may include evenings or weekends on-call.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment weighing at least 65 pounds.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a local delivery schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using computers, tablets, email, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling patient information.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn basic equipment troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Drive local routes to deliver, pick up, and set up medical equipment.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe operation and basic maintenance of equipment.
• Ensure equipment is functioning properly and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Complete delivery documentation and patient visit records accurately.
• Load, unload, secure, and transport medical equipment safely.
• Maintain assigned company vehicle in a clean and safe condition.
• Follow all company, safety, and healthcare compliance procedures.
• Participate in an on-call rotation, evenings and/or weekends.
