We are seeking a dedicated Patient Service Technician responsible for delivering and setting up medical equipment at patient locations, educating patients and/or caregivers on safe use and maintenance.

Essential Responsibilities include:

• Adhering to safety policies and procedures
• Resolving customer equipment issues under emergency conditions
• Implementing quality improvement programs
• Assuming on-call responsibilities
• Maintaining vehicle safety and cleanliness
• Delivering and educating patients on equipment use
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Managing territory and service goals
• Following all applicable regulations and policies

Travel: Travel via company vehicle to patient homes for setups and deliveries.

Qualifications include:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Background checks and drug screening

Preferred experience: Medical equipment experience, familiarity with medical terminology, and relevant work history.

Skills required: Effective communication, confidentiality, multi-tasking, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Physical demands: Lifting up to 65 pounds, driving, and contact with patients and equipment, following OSHA guidelines.
