Qualifications

• Independent contractor (1099) status.
• Commission-only; there is no base salary or hourly wage.
• First-year earnings potentially $80,000–$120,000+ for full-time representatives who follow training and meet production benchmarks.
• Earnings are not guaranteed and vary based on activity, skill, placement, persistency, and other factors.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their insurance needs.
• Explain available life insurance options clearly and professionally.
• Follow up with prospective clients by phone, video, and in person.
• Complete applications accurately and follow carrier compliance requirements.
• Maintain an organized schedule and consistent weekly activity.
• Participate in coaching, training, and team accountability.
