This one-year Local Investigations Fellowship is open to candidates with a Louisiana, Mississippi, or Arkansas focus. The program is competitive and requires authorization to work in the United States; visas are not sponsored.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional reporter experience on a local beat.
• Independent journalist or newsroom employee willing to take a yearlong sabbatical.
