Job summary

Velocity TruckingPros LLC is seeking a Local CDL-A Intermodal Driver to join our 100% no-touch freight operation around the St. Louis area. You will handle local container transport with daycab trucks and return home daily after each shift.

The role covers local and regional lanes up to 300 miles, with base pay plus per-mile and stop pay, and a potential load-based bonus. Requirements include a valid Class A CDL, DOT Medical Card, 3 months’ experience, clean driving record, and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience.
• Valid Class A CDL and active DOT Medical Card.
• Background check: clean driving record and drug screen.
• Open to Company Drivers and Owner-Operators.

Responsibilities

• Local intermodal driving with no-touch freight.
• Handle container transport within a 300-mile radius.
• Freight handling includes drop-and-hook, preloaded trailers, and live loads/unloads.
