Thedrivingdesk is hiring Class A CDL Truck Drivers for dedicated local intermodal driving positions in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. You will transport intermodal containers between facilities and customer locations with preloaded containers and drop-and-hook freight.

This role offers home daily, five scheduled workdays per week, and average weekly earnings of $1,300–$1,500. Weekend and holiday work may be required, with daytime or nighttime shifts depending on assignments.

Qualifikationen

• Valid CDL-A required.
• Minimum 6 months tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must reside within approximately 40 miles of Philadelphia, PA 19102.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Transport intermodal containers between designated facilities and customer locations.
• Operate dedicated routes throughout the Philadelphia service area.
• Pick up and deliver preloaded containers.
• Complete drop-and-hook trailer exchanges.
• Handle live loading and unloading appointments.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding delays and freight status.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
