Job summary

Grade Potential is seeking tutors to provide weekly, in-person academic support to local students across elementary through high school, college, and all ages. You set your availability, choose sessions that fit your schedule, and work directly with students in their homes or at local locations.

You’ll keep parents informed about progress, earn $20–$40 per hour, and travel only within a small local radius (typically 5–10 miles).

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Experience in tutoring, teaching, or coaching
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, one-on-one tutoring to local students
• Support students from elementary through high school and college
• Communicate progress with parents as needed
• Set your own hours and accept only preferred sessions
• Travel within a 5–10 mile radius as needed
