Job summary

Grade Potential is seeking tutors to provide weekly, in-person academic support to students working through current coursework, preparing for exams, or strengthening foundational skills. You set your availability, choose sessions that fit your schedule, and work directly with local students.

We handle logistics and connect you with tutoring opportunities that match your preferences. Compensation ranges from $20 to $40 per hour, depending on location, experience and subject matter.

Qualifications

• Educators, recent college graduates, and postgraduates.
• Prior tutoring, teaching, or coaching experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, in person tutoring to local students.
• Support students from elementary through high school, college, and all ages.
• Choose the students and sessions that fit your schedule.
• Communicate with parents on student progress as needed.
• Travel only within your preferred local radius (typically 5-10 miles).
