Job summary

Grade Potential is seeking in-person tutors to work with local students on a flexible, part-time basis. You control your schedule, set your availability, and choose which tutoring opportunities to accept. We handle logistics and connect you with students within a typical 5–10 mile radius.

Ideal candidates include educators, recent graduates, or postgraduates who value direct student interaction and flexible work arrangements. Training and support are provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Educators, recent college graduates, and postgraduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills are important.
• Ability to work in-person with local students and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, in-person tutoring to local students
• Support students from elementary through high school, college, and all ages
• Choose the students and sessions that fit your schedule
• Communicate with parents on student progress as needed
• Travel only within your preferred local radius (typically 5-10 miles)
