Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA 608 certification required.
• NATE certification preferred.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Services, maintains, diagnoses, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoots malfunctions and identifies necessary repairs.
• Communicates system conditions and repair options to customers.
• Pursues system improvements and replacements with a customer-first approach.
• Delivers exceptional customer service with high professionalism.
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and protects customer property.
• Demonstrates safety-conscious attitude on the job and in company vehicles.
