Advance Mechanical, Inc. in Greenville, NC is seeking a Local HVAC Service and Maintenance Technician to join our team.

You will service, diagnose, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems at client locations, following a Monday–Friday schedule with an occasional on-call rotation. We offer competitive pay from $25 to $45 per hour, based on experience, along with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and commissions, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience servicing and maintaining both residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Relevant licenses and certifications
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heating and air conditioning systems in homes and businesses, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance.

THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS ROLE

Schedule

As a full-time Local HVAC Service and Maintenance Technician, your work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 or 5:00 pm, with a once-a-month on-call rotation from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a Local HVAC Service and Maintenance Technician who can go into our client's homes and businesses to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their heating and air conditioning systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance.
