Local Hire Grocery Freezer Order Selectors

Job Summary:
We are seeking Locally sourced Grocery Freezer Order Selectors to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately and efficiently select products, like ice cream, from the freezer section of the grocery warehouse to fulfill client orders operating a double electric pallet jack.

This is not a travel team opportunity! Applicants must live local to Baytown, TX.

Qualifications:

1. Ability to work in a freezer environment with temperatures as low as -20 degrees Fahrenheit. (Freezer gear will be provided!)
2. Experience operating a double electric pallet jack is preferred.
3. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
4. Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment.
5. Grocery experience a plus.

Payroll is bi-weekly, with the option to access earnings instantly! Work and access funds same day! (Have funds available soon after completed shift)

Shift: 4 10 hour days (Sundays off and 1 weekday) 4:30pm - 2:00am.

Pay: Pay is on daily productivity. The average associate will earn $22/hour, but never less than $19/hour. Humano will send you daily texts at the end of each shift, so that you can track your earnings daily. No surprises!

Responsibilities:

1. Retrieve products from the freezer section based on client specific orders.
2. Ensure accurate and complete orders are selected for delivery.
3. Operate warehouse equipment such as electric pallet jacks to move products.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
5. Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
