Job summary

Herman N Logistics is seeking a Class-A Local Dedicated Flatbed Driver to run local poultry-hauling routes from the Selbyville, DE hub, with a Monday–Friday schedule and home daily. Start times range from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

The position offers a stable base pay with an average of $75,000 per year, plus a $7,500 sign-on bonus and additional pay for live stops, detention, holidays, orientation, and training. A minimum of 9 months of verified tractor-trailer experience is required.

Qualifications

• At least 9 months of verified tractor-trailer experience.
• Pre-employment drug screening (hair follicle and urine) required.

Responsibilities

• Haul live poultry on 45–48 ft flatbed trailers with proper securing.
• Local farm-to-facility routes within ~300 miles of Selbyville, DE hub.
• Home daily with Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturdays.
