Job summary

Herman N Logistics is seeking a CDL-A local flatbed driver for a Monday–Friday shift with daily home time and new equipment. Drivers earn $0.75 per mile plus live load and tarping pay on a mix of flatbed, Conestoga, and dry van freight.

Average weekly pay ranges from $1,550 to $1,650 with weekly pay. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, PTO, 401(k) matching, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years.
• Must be at least 22 years old.
• No more than 3 moving violations in past 3 years.
• Must meet DOT Clearinghouse requirements.

Responsibilities

• Haul flatbed, Conestoga, and dry van trailers within a dedicated local freight network.
• Operate on a Monday–Friday schedule with daily home time.
• Train available for drivers without prior flatbed experience.
