Job summary

Herman N Logistics is seeking a CDL-A Local Flatbed Driver in Indiana to haul steel on local routes. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with daily home time and a day cab with a flatbed trailer.

You’ll earn an average of $1,650 per week, with a $1,350 weekly minimum guarantee, plus incentives such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. This is a home-daily local driving role with consistent stops.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years.
• Previous flatbed experience is required.
• Must be at least 22 years old.
• No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years.
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable accident in 3 years.
• Must meet DOT Clearinghouse requirements.
• Able to read and speak English sufficiently for safety.

Responsibilities

• Haul steel on local flatbed routes with day cab and flatbed trailer.
• tarp loads during precipitation or when protection is needed.
• Maintain safe driving practices and meet DOT requirements.
