sefl is hiring a Final Mile Driver in the United States. You will pick up, transport, and deliver freight locally in a non CDL-A vehicle. Expect responsibilities including loading, unloading, paperwork, and safety checks.

The role requires at least 21 years old, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to pass background and drug tests. First shift with hourly pay. Pay ranges from $31.35 to $34.50 per hour and may vary by location and experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass background check and drug/alcohol test.
• 6 months driving experience preferred.
• Willingness to join Driver Trainee Program after one year in Final Mile role.

Responsibilities

• Transport freight safely and timely from origin to destination.
• Load and unload shipments, with or without assistance and with or without mechanical equipment.
• Frequent lifting, pulling and carrying of freight.
• Inspect vehicle before, during and after trips; file Vehicle Condition Report.
• Verify shipping papers; ensure no hazardous materials.
• Prepare and accompany all required shipping paperwork for delivery.
• Complete all paperwork related to vehicle operations and freight movements.
