Job summary

Footprint Retail Services is seeking a Merchandiser to independently service retail locations in your assigned area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. You’ll stock shelves, update displays, complete audits, and build relationships with store teams in a flexible local market.

The role offers starting pay of $14.00 per hour, travel time pay, mileage reimbursement, and optional early wage access with a supportive training program. No prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and report via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable and detail-oriented.
• Able to communicate with store personnel and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports via a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate with District Manager while working independently in stores.
