Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate electronic equipment used for daily route information.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily routing directions and stay on route unless instructed.
• Complete routes within the approved work schedule.
• Load and unload donated materials safely.
• Train and supervise truck helper in rehabilitation program.
• Complete pre- and post-checks for all equipment.
• Provide courteous customer service during donations.
