Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC in South Burlington, VT, is hiring a Truck Driver/Delivery Associate to load, unload, and deliver materials to customers while maintaining safety and on-time performance.

You will operate daily routes, maintain DOT compliance, carry a valid CDL/DOT medical card, and use an iPad for delivery tickets and checklists. We offer competitive pay starting at $25/hour, benefits, a 401(k) match, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• Must currently have, acquire, or maintain a valid DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Warehouse/logistics experience is a plus.
• Strong communication with a customer-focused approach.
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to the customer, including loading/unloading assistance and ensuring delivery tickets.
• Pick up customer returns and validate product for credit.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, refuel as needed, report issues.
• Follow and implement all safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Assist warehouse with pulling and preparing orders, receiving, verifying and stocking materials.
• Overtime may be required.
• Adhere to safety regulations and PPE usage, including harness with 400 lbs max.
