Responsibilities

• Operate company straight trucks transporting household goods and furniture.
• Manage on-site moving crews for efficient service.
• Participate in moving materials, equipment, and household goods.
• Coordinate with customer service, dispatch, and warehouse staff.
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain driver logs per FMCSA regulations.
• Complete all paperwork accurately, including signatures and payments.
• Report incidents and validate crew hours to dispatchers.

Qualifications

• Active Class B CDL license.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• Less than four moving violations in the past 12 months.
• Ability to pass DOT physical, background check, and drug screening.
• Good communication skills and ability to lift 75+ lbs.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible schedule.
• Experience in moving, storage, or furniture delivery is a plus.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
