Motion Industries is seeking a Warehouse Driver in Dayton, Ohio to operate a company vehicle for local pickups and deliveries and to provide warehouse support at the branch as needed. The role requires loading, unloading, and securing shipments, plus verifying delivery signatures.

You may need to follow VMI programs, organize shipments, and restock shelves as required. A valid driver’s license and DOT considerations apply, with standard company benefits offered.

Qualifications

Ability to read and interpret packing slips and delivery instructions.
Ability to document information from customers during delivery.
Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Operate company vehicle to pick up and deliver local orders and equipment.
Sort assignments and arrange the most efficient route.
Maintain Vendor Managed Inventory programs at customer locations.
Organize products and load in delivery vehicle.
Unload products at customer location and obtain customer signature on packing slip.
Determine items to be picked and shipped from sales orders.
Prepare items for delivery to customers.
Secure packages to prevent damage during shipping.
May assist restocking of products on shelves.
