Job summary

Motion Industries’ warehouse branch is seeking a Warehouse Driver in Lagrange, GA. The role involves operating a company vehicle to pick up and deliver local orders, planning efficient routes, and supporting the branch warehouse as needed.

Responsibilities include obtaining customer signatures, preparing deliveries, and maintaining inventory programs, with physical duties such as lifting up to 50 lbs. DOT compliance applies.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret packing slips and delivery instructions.
• Document information obtained from customers during delivery.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
• Basic computer skills sufficient for warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicle to pick up and deliver local orders and equipment.
• Sort assignments and plan the most efficient route.
• Maintain Vendor Managed Inventory programs at customer locations.
• Organize products and secure loads for delivery.
• Unload at customer location and obtain signature on packing slip.
• Prepare items for delivery and ensure no damage in shipping.
• May assist with restocking and perform other duties as assigned.
