Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Warehouse Driver to operate a company vehicle for local pickups and deliveries. The role includes planning efficient routes and providing warehouse support at the Dayton, OH branch.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math and reading skills, and basic computer proficiency. DOT compliance and driving record review are part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret packing slips and delivery instructions.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operates company vehicle to pick up and deliver local orders and equipment.
• Sorts assignments and plans the most efficient route.
• Maintains Vendor Managed Inventory programs at customer locations.
• Unloads products at customer location and obtains customer signature on packing slip.
• Prepares items for delivery to customer and ensures proper loading.
