Job summary

Motion Industries in Chattanooga is seeking a Warehouse Driver to operate a company vehicle for local orders and equipment, and to plan the most efficient route to ensure timely delivery.

The Senior Warehouse Driver may provide branch-level support, maintain vendor managed inventory at customer sites, load and unload, secure packages, and assist less experienced drivers while adhering to DOT guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 3–5 years of experience.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicle to pick up and deliver local orders and equipment.
• Sort assignments and arrange the most efficient route.
• Maintain Vendor Managed Inventory programs at customer locations.
• Load/unload and secure packages for delivery.
• Obtain customer signature on packing slip as proof of delivery.
• Assist with restocking and help less experienced drivers.
