Job summary

Standard Supply is hiring a Driver & Warehouse Associate to join our Texas-based operations. The role combines driving deliveries with hands-on warehouse duties to keep an efficient supply chain running smoothly.

We value a minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment. A DOT screening and background check will be required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of verifiable driving experience in a box truck or equivalent.
• Clean driving record (no major or repeated violations).
• Read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs, communicate with law enforcement, and document reports as required by regulations.
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly.
• Willingness to pass a background check, drug screening, and DOT physical exam.

Responsibilities

• Drive a box truck safely and deliver orders with care and professionalism.
• Load, unload, and organize items in the warehouse using forklift or hand tools.
• Use a tablet and RF scan gun to record deliveries and manage routes.
• Collaborate with team to ensure on-time deliveries and accurate inventory.
