Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Warehouse Driver to operate a company vehicle for local pickups and deliveries and provide branch support as needed.

Typical duties include planning efficient routes, loading/unloading, and processing packing slips and proofs of delivery, with a focus on accuracy and safety. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret packing slips and delivery instructions.
• Basic math and reading comprehension.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company vehicle to pick up and deliver local orders and equipment.
• Sort assignments and plan the most efficient route.
• Maintain Vendor Managed Inventory programs at customer locations.
• Organize products and load them in the delivery vehicle.
• Unload products at customer locations and obtain signatures on packing slips.
• Determine items to pick, check and ship from sales orders.
• Prepare items for delivery to customers.
• Secure packages to prevent damage in transit.
• May assist with restocking on shelves.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
