Job summary

Radiant Global Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Driver in Mendota Heights, MN. This full-time, on-site role involves safely operating trucks, delivering goods, and providing excellent customer service.

You will plan routes, inspect vehicles, and ensure paperwork is accurate while maintaining safety and timeliness. The position requires at least a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of driving/delivery experience, and a valid license. Local geography familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant driving or delivery experience.
• Familiarity with the Greater Twin Cities geography is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company-owned and leased trucks for shipping, receiving, pickup, and delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service during all delivery and pick-up interactions.
• Plan routes to ensure efficient and economical use of time and equipment.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is properly secured and protected.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures.
• Complete paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Communicate delays or issues as they arise.
• Maintain company vehicles in clean and serviceable condition.
• Support overall station operations as needed.
