Radiant Global Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Driver in Mendota Heights, MN for a full-time, on-site role. You will safely transport goods, provide excellent customer service, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining professional communication with customers and team members.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of driving experience, and the ability to pass DOT physicals. Work hours are 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM, with a pay range of $20.00 - $25.00 per hour.

Position Summary

The Driver position at Radiant plays a key role in supporting operations by safely transporting goods, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery. This position involves a variety of transportation-related responsibilities and requires adaptability to meet business and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operation company-owned and leased trucks for shipping, receiving, pickup, and delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service during all delivery and pick-up interactions.
• Plan routes to ensure efficient and economical use of time and equipment.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is properly secured and protected.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections; promptly report any mechanical issues.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
• Accurately complete required paperwork and documentation.
• Communicate delays, accidents, or other transportation issues as they arise.
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment in clean and serviceable condition.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall station operations.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant driving or delivery experience.
• Familiarity with the Greater Twin Cities geography preferred.

Licensing, Clearance & Driving Requirements

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be eligible for TSA and FAA security clearances (training provided).
• 21+ years of age.
• Ability to pass and maintain DOT physical exam.
• Satisfactory driving record.

• Proficiency in operating trucks, vehicles, and related equipment.
• Ability to monitor vehicle gauges and systems to ensure proper operation.

Work Schedule, Environment, & Physical Demands

Schedule

• Work a set schedule of eight hours per day (11:00 AM - 7:30 PM), including required meal and rest breaks.
• Consistent punctuality and reliability expected.
• Must ensure coverage of responsibilities when absent.

Environment

• Moderate noise levels in office and warehouse settings.
• Work performed both indoors (climate-controlled office/warehouse/vehicle) and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and cold.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to walk, sit, reach, talk, and hear.
• Frequently required to stand, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Starting pay is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
