Miles Distribution Inc is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to join our Pittston, PA team. You will operate a delivery vehicle on assigned routes, ensuring safe transport, accurate logs, and professional customer interactions.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, obtaining signatures, and close coordination with dispatch. A clean driving record and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required, with familiarity of Scranton area a plus.

Formación

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• 21 years or older
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated work ethic
• Familiarity with the Scranton, PA area and surrounding regions is a plus
• Ability to pass a background check and MVR review

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport and deliver goods to customers on assigned routes
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring packages are handled with care
• Verify delivery orders and obtain customer signatures as required
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and paperwork
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each stop
• Communicate with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, or issues
