Job summary

TAA Logistics Corp in Pittston, PA is seeking reliable Delivery Drivers who can safely operate a box truck, deliver packages to customers, and provide excellent service. You will work with dispatch to optimize routes and maintain a professional image while enjoying a home-daily schedule.

Roles include paid training, weekly pay, a stop bonus, PTO, and a flexible schedule. Previous courier experience is a plus, and a clean driving record is required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to clear pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Prior experience with courier services is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs and maneuver in/out of delivery vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle to deliver packages.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery while maintaining package condition.
• Load and unload packages.
• Plan and follow the most efficient route for timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Verify the accuracy of packages and proper delivery documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being polite, professional, and accommodating during deliveries.
• Collaborate with the dispatch team to optimize delivery schedules and communicate delays or issues promptly.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
• Report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or traffic violations to the supervisor.
• Adhere to company policies and safety protocols.
• Represent the organization in a positive manner at all times.
