Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and DOT medical certificate required with 3+ years no moving violations.
• Ability to speak and read English per Federal Motor Carrier requirements.
• Effective organization and prioritization skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Discretion, confidentiality, independent judgment and professionalism when representing the company.
• Ability to work well individually or on teams.
• Overtime may be required.
• Interact effectively with suppliers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Effective and timely delivery/collections as required.
• Correct handling of all items transported.
• Correct documentation and sign-offs.
• Maintain safe and secure condition for materials in transit.
• Maintain safety, security and cleanliness of vehicle.
• Comply with customer, company and supplier safety requirements.
• Ensure vehicle is properly maintained and inspected.
• Assist in other duties when there are no transports; ensure quality of work meets customer satisfaction.
