Job summary

Rexel USA in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team. You will deliver products to/from customers and branch locations, ensuring accuracy and damage-free materials in a delivery van or box truck (no CDL required).

You will inspect vehicles, maintain cleanliness, follow DOT/law regulations, load/unload, and complete all delivery paperwork. Training and mentoring of junior drivers may be part of the role, with additional branch duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must pass pre-employment and annual Motor Vehicle Record review
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate within 60 days of hire
• Must not have had a suspended driver's license for a traffic accident/violation within the past 3 years
• Must not have any at fault accidents in the past 3 years
• In lieu of experience, must attend company driver training

Responsibilities

• Inspect company vehicle for defects and complete daily inspection report
• Keep vehicle clean, serviced, and maintained; alert supervisor to repairs
• Follow DOT, local and state driving laws and regulations
• Load or unload material and verify order quantities and condition before departure
• Assist in preparing orders for delivery
• Complete delivery documentation including customer signature, packing list and manifest
• Pickup material returns and inspect condition and quantities
• Pickup material from suppliers
• May train/mentor entry level drivers
• May perform other branch duties (counter sales, stocking, shipping, etc.)
• Perform other duties as assigned
