Responsibilities

• Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
• Runs routes efficiently, meeting or exceeding designated route times
• Unload product from trailer and place in designated areas, using hand carts when needed.
• Lift and move product up to 75 pounds, reach up to 72 inches for stacking pallets and carts.
• Verify delivery with customer and obtain signatures; communicate errors/returns.
• Call in when a dispatcher is shorted on an order.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and follow safety rules per DOT and policy.
