Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Delivery Driver in Texas to safely operate a company truck, deliver orders to customers, and maintain positive relations. This role typically runs Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm, with home nightly and no overnight routes.

Responsibilities include routing, loading/unloading, and using warehouse equipment while ensuring on-time deliveries and excellent service. Steel-toed boots are required; CDL not required but DOT exam is needed.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment physical testing.
• Valid driver’s license for vehicle type in your state.
• DOT medical exam and CMV certification required.
• Experience driving a van or truck ≤26,000 GVW.

Responsibilities

• Determine best routes to meet delivery expectations.
• Deliver products with excellent customer service.
• Load and unload trucks and operate warehouse equipment.
• Inspect vehicle and supplies before/after trips.
• Safely operate vehicle at all times.
• Maintain truck logs.
• Work a local route with no overnights or weekends away.
