Job summary

The Restaurant Store is seeking a Local Delivery Driver to handle loading and delivery of orders for local customers. You will also support order fulfillment in-store during downtimes, ensuring high levels of customer service on routes.

Qualified candidates hold a Class C license with a clean driving record. No degree is required, and you will interact with customers and collaborate with Sales as needed.

Qualifications

• This role requires a valid Class C license and a clean driving record.
• No degree is required; relevant skills and experience are valued.
• Ability to load, route, and deliver orders per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Organize and load picked and prepared customer orders into delivery van according to order of delivery
• Complete daily delivery route(s) according to order identified using approved company software
• Professionally and politely interact with customers and deliver product to customer locations according to company policy
• Effectively refer customers to a member of the Sales team to answer relevant questions
• Maintain general cleanliness of delivery van
• Complete daily inspection of delivery van according to company policies
• Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals
• Assist with store operational tasks as needed
