Local Delivery Driver (CDL B)

Linde drivers are responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of compressed gas cylinders, hard goods, and associated products, following a computer-generated local route to customer locations. This position is physically active and involves loading/unloading at client sites. Linde drivers engage with customers by responding to their needs and providing excellent customer service.

Pay Range: $24.17 - $31.50, depending on experience.

What you will be doing: (1st Shift, Class B)

• Deliver products to customers by making an average of 10-12 stops per day, touching freight, completing paperwork, and providing excellent customer service
• Accurately count and record the quantities and styles of products delivered and picked up
• Complete hazardous material shipping orders in accordance with DOT regulations
• Conduct and report pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Identify need for vehicle repairs and/or maintenance
• Build relationships with internal and external customers to meet business and customer goals
• Continuously expand your knowledge of how Linde’s business operates and succeeds
• Other duties as assigned
