Local Delivery Driver - CDL A (Relief Route)

Join us at PepsiCo as a Local Delivery Driver - CDL A (Relief Route).

Pay: $29.45/hour

This position fills in for delivery drivers who are unavailable due to vacation, illness, etc. Routes may vary daily. Responsibilities include delivering products to stores, unloading, stocking, building displays, setting up promotional materials, generating invoices, and daily cash settlement. The role involves physical labor, including lifting cases weighing 20-45 pounds and reaching, squatting, and bending during deliveries and merchandising.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver products and execute promotions
• Service scheduled customers by the end of each shift
• Merchandise accounts to local standards
• Follow DOT regulations
• Establish positive relationships with store contacts
• Maintain reliable and predictable attendance

Basic Qualifications:

• 21 years or older
• Valid U.S. CDL with Non-Excepted Interstate Status (California specifics apply)
• Pass drug test, physical capabilities test, DOT physical, and DOT Road Test

Helpful Experience:

• Operating trucks with a valid CDL
• Merchandising and building displays
• Operating equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks
