Pay Rate: PBNA $29.95 / hour

Location: Frequent overnights in New Castle, CO

This position fills in for delivery drivers who are unavailable for their shifts (due to vacation, illness, etc.). Routes typically change daily. The role involves delivering products to stores such as convenience stores, gas stations, small supermarkets, and drug stores under various weather conditions. Responsibilities include driving, unloading, stocking shelves, building displays, setting up promotional materials, generating invoices, and daily cash settlement. The position is labor-intensive, requiring lifting, loading, and pushing/pulling cases weighing 20-45 pounds, as well as reaching, squatting, and bending during deliveries and merchandising.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Deliver products and execute all promotions
• Service all scheduled customers by end of shift
• Merchandise all accounts to local standards
• Follow DOT regulations
• Establish positive relationships with store contacts
• Maintain reliable and predictable attendance

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• 21 years or older
• Valid U.S. CDL or CDL Permit with Non-Excepted Interstate Status (if applicable)

Note: In California, except Stockton, both non-excepted intrastate and interstate statuses are accepted. Stockton only accepts non-excepted interstate.

• Pass drug test and physical capabilities test
• Pass DOT physical and Road Test

HELPFUL EXPERIENCE:

• Operating trucks with a valid CDL
• Merchandising products and building displays
• Operating equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks
