Fort Wayne, IN – Linde plc seeks a delivery driver to support daily customer needs with 10–12 stops per day. You will count and record items, handle hazardous materials paperwork, and perform pre/post-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance.

You must have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years driving or recent Truck Driving School cert, a valid CDL (A or B), and be 21+. A hazmat endorsement is required or obtained within 60 days. Linde offers growth and stability.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with ability to read and write in English.
• Two years of driving experience or recent Truck Driving School certification with a valid CDL Class A or B.
• 21 years or older and hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• No preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in the past 2 years.
• No alcohol-related convictions in the last 10 years.
• Must pass a DOT physical and obtain a medical certificate.
• Must be able to push, pull, move and lift at least 75 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver products to customers, average 10-12 stops per day, while handling freight and paperwork.
• Record quantities and styles accurately for delivered and picked up items.
• Complete hazardous material shipping orders and DOT paperwork.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external customers to meet business goals.
• Build knowledge of Linde’s operations to contribute to the company's growth.

What you will enjoy doing*

• Youwill deliver products to customers by making an average of 10-12 stops perday, while touching freight, completing paperwork, and providing excellentcustomer service
• Accurately count and record the quantities and styles of products deliveredand picked up

• Conduct and report pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Identify need for timely vehicle repairs and/or maintenance
• You will build both relationships and partnerships with internal andexternal customers to meet goals and objectives of the business and customerneeds
• You will continuously build your knowledge on how Linde’s business operatesand succeeds to help organization to continue growing

What makes you great

• Youhave a high school diploma or GED, along with proficiency in reading andwriting in English
• You will have two (2) years of consecutive driving experience or recentcertification from a Truck Driving School, along with a valid Class A or BCDL
• This role requires you to be 21years or older
• You currently have a hazmat endorsement on your CDL or must obtain onewithin 60 days of hire
• You are expected to not have anypreventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in the past two (2) years
• No alcohol-related convictions within the last ten (10) years
• You must be able to pass a DOT physical and obtain a medical certificate
