Job summary

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a delivery driver in Minnesota who will perform daily deliveries (approximately 10–12 stops) while handling freight and paperwork with a focus on excellent customer service.

The role requires a valid CDL, hazmat endorsement within 60 days, and the ability to pass a DOT physical. Minimal lifting of up to 75 pounds is required, and location is on site with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of consecutive driving experience or recent Truck Driving School certification.
• Hazmat endorsement required within 60 days of hire.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• No preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in past 2 years.
• No alcohol-related convictions in the last 10 years.
• Able to pass DOT physical and obtain medical certificate.
• Ability to push, pull, move, and lift at least 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers, averaging 10–12 stops per day while handling freight, paperwork, and customer service.
• Accurately count and record quantities and styles of delivered and picked up products.
• Complete hazardous material shipping paperwork per DOT regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers to meet business goals.
• Continuously learn how Linde operates to support growth.

• You are expected to completehazardous material shipping orders papers in accordance with DOTregulations
• Conduct and report pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Identify need for timely vehicle repairs and/or maintenance
• You will build both relationships and partnerships with internal andexternal customers to meet goals and objectives of the business and customerneeds
• You will continuously build your knowledge on how Linde’s business operatesand succeeds to help organization to continue growing

What makes you great

• Youhave a high school diploma or GED, along with proficiency in reading andwriting in English
• You will have two (2) years of consecutive driving experience or recentcertification from a Truck Driving School, along with a valid Class A or BCDL
• This role requires you to be 21years or older
• You currently have a hazmat endorsement on your CDL or must obtain onewithin 60 days of hire
