Pay Rate: PBNA $32.00 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Deliver products to stores on established routes or via dynamic dispatch, including convenience stores, gas stations, small supermarkets, drug stores, etc. (average of 15-20 stops per day).
• Drive the delivery vehicle, unload products, and bring them into the store.
• Rotate and stock products on store shelves, displays, vending equipment, and in coolers.
• Build displays and set up promotional materials like signs and banners.
• Generate invoices and settle cash and charges daily.
• Interact frequently with store management.
• Lift, load, push, and pull a high volume of cases (20-45 pounds each) repeatedly during work hours.
• Reach, squat, and bend while delivering and merchandising products in various weather conditions.
• Work long hours during peak seasons.

Primary Accountabilities:

• Deliver products, serve customers, and execute promotions daily.
• Operate trucks with an appropriate CDL license.
• Service all scheduled customers by the end of each shift.
• Merchandise and rotate accounts according to standards.
• Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and breakdowns to move products.
• Establish positive relationships with account contacts.
• Follow operating procedures and DOT regulations.
• Maintain reliable and predictable attendance.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• 21 years or older.
• Valid U.S. CDL with Non-Excepted Interstate Status.
• Pass DOT physical and road test.
• Follow DOT regulations.

Preferred Experience:

• Operating trucks requiring a CDL.
• Delivering products directly to stores.
• Merchandising products.
• Operating handheld computers and equipment like pallet jacks.
• Working in a warehouse environment.
